I can not create a password - the link has expired. What should I do?

The link to create a password expires after 48 hours for security reasons.
However, you can create your password using the 'forgot password' feature.

1: Go to https://app.mindzeed.com

2: Enter your Organization ID (your organization ID is specified in the emails you have received from us) and click 'Next'.

3: Click on 'Forgot your password?'.

4: Enter your e-mail address and click 'Send'.

You will then receive an email with a new link to create your personal passwords.

Organization ID?

To log in to Mindzeed, you need your organization ID. The ID is stated in the emails we have sent to you. If you have forgotten your organization ID, please contact your administrator.

Why do I have an account with Mindzeed?

Mindzeed is a communication platform where your employer can offer courses and information to you. So it is through your employer that you have a profile at Mindzeed.

I can not create a password - what do I do?

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. The code must be a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. A special character can, be ! ” # $ % & ’ ( ) * / ; < = > @ [ ] ^ ` { | } ~. An example of a password might be CyBaxq45l /.

If you have trouble creating the password, contact your administrator.

What do I do if I can't remember my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one by going to app.mindzeed.com and clicking on "Forgot your password?". Enter your username, which is your email address, and click 'Submit'. You will then receive an email with a link. Click on the link and you can create a new password. Remember that your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters e.g. AZe123_?

Please note that the link in the email is only valid for 24 hours.

Where can I find my diploma?

Once you have completed your course, you will receive a diploma. Click on 'My Account' and you will find your diplomas under the 'My Completions' tab.

How do I register as a Mindzeed user?

Companies and organizations can create an account on Mindzeed. If you wish to use Mindzeed, please contact us at +45 42 90 64 59 or support@mindzeed.com

How do I log in to Mindzeed?

Log in via app.mindzeed.com . Your username is your email address.

Why do I get emails from Mindzeed?

Mindzeed sends weekly reminders of what courses you have available. If you are up to date with your courses, you will not receive a reminder. If you do not wish to receive emails from Mindzeed, please contact your administrator.

Can I delete my Mindzeed account?

Your Mindzeed user account is created by your workplace, so contact your administrator if you no longer want a Mindzeed account.

I have several questions. What should I do?

Initially, contact the administrator at your workplace. It is the administrator who creates your courses and assigns them to you,
