Most questions about login, lessons and access can be handled by your administrator at work. Mindzeed provides second-line support — so we help your administrator, who helps you.
I can't log in — what do I do?
Contact your administrator at work — they're the ones who manage your access to Mindzeed. Most organisations use SSO and log in with their work account (e.g. Microsoft or Google) — if you've forgotten the password for that, follow your usual IT procedure. If you're using Mindzeed login directly instead, you can reset your password by clicking the link in the email you received from us.
What is my organisation ID?
Your organisation ID is shown in the emails you've received from Mindzeed. If you can't find it, contact your administrator.
Why do I have a Mindzeed account?
Your employer uses Mindzeed for employee training. Your account has been created so you can complete the training assigned to you.
I can't create a password — the link has expired
Password creation links expire after 48 hours. Use "Forgot password" where you log in to get a new link — or click the link in the email you received from us.
Why am I getting emails from Mindzeed?
You receive automatic reminders until you've completed your assigned training. Contact your administrator if you don't think you should be receiving them.
Where do I find my certificate?
Once you've completed a training, you'll find your certificate under "My account" → "My results" where you log in.
Can I delete my account?
Contact your administrator at work. They're the ones who manage user accounts in Mindzeed.
